1Acceptance of Terms

These Modal3000 Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the modal3000.my website and all services provided by our platform, including online casino, Live Casino, slots, poker, badminton and cricket Sports Betting, and lottery.

By accessing or using the Modal3000 platform, you indicate your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use Modal3000's services. 2Member Eligibility

To register and use Modal3000's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not listed on any gambling prohibition list or blacklist maintained by any regulatory body.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a Modal3000 employee.
• Not currently enrolled in a gambling addiction treatment programme or any self-exclusion programme.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual is only permitted to have one (1) account on Modal3000. Registering or maintaining more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification document (MyKad/Passport).
• A valid and active email address.
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Exact date of birth.
• Valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Modal3000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Modal3000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4Deposit & Payment

Modal3000 offers a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed securely through our 256-bit SSL encryption system.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect).
• All deposits will be credited to your Modal3000 account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Modal3000 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Modal3000 reserves the right to decline or void any deposit suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.

5Fund Withdrawal

Modal3000 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms and procedures apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Processing time: 5–15 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay); 1–3 business days for FPX bank transfers.
• Full KYC identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Modal3000 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance measures.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.
• Modal3000 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees, though your bank provider may apply their own charges.

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

Modal3000 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new members making their first deposit who have never previously held a Modal3000 account.
• Bonus wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the deposit and bonus combined (e.g., 30x means the total of deposit + bonus must be wagered 30 times).
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Modal3000 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including one-sided betting or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a lower rate.
• Modal3000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Modal3000 platform — whether in the casino, Live Casino, slots, poker, Sports Betting (badminton, cricket), or lottery sections — are subject to the specific rules stated in each respective game section.

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical disruption that affects the outcome of a game, Modal3000 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Odds for Sports Betting are updated in real time. Modal3000 reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed in the event of a technical error or inaccurate information.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live betting) are subject to separate in-play rules displayed in the relevant section.
• Modal3000 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount for any market or game at our sole discretion.

8Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the Modal3000 platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any artificial technology to assist with betting or gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, professional cheats, or parties with insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Modal3000 platform for any financial criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse through multi-account registration, bonus abuse hedging, or any method intended to exploit the bonus system.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Modal3000 platform or any part of our technical infrastructure.
• Using a Modal3000 account on behalf of another individual (proxy play) or allowing another individual to access your account.

9Responsible Gaming

12Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Modal3000 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party system failures, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Modal3000 platform.

13Account Termination

Whether by the member or by Modal3000, an account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• By Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the Modal3000 support team. All eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the necessary review.
• By Modal3000: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• After account closure, all personal data will be retained for the period required under Malaysian law before being securely deleted.
• Any balance remaining in an account terminated due to a breach of terms will be forfeited to Modal3000 and will not be refunded.

14Amendments to Terms

Modal3000 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page unless otherwise stated.

For significant amendments, Modal3000 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Modal3000 platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Malaysian law.
